Monthly Membership Auto Renew

The monthly auto renew package will draft from your credit card or debit checking account on the date the package was set up.  For example, if you purchased the package on the 3^rd, it will draft on the 3^rd of each month thereafter.  There is an initial 3-month commitment requirement for all memberships.  If you choose to cancel the package before 3 months, a $50 fee will be assessed.  We also ask for a 30 day cancellation written notice.  If you need immediate cancellation inside of 3 months, only one fee of $75  will be assessed.  All memberships purchased are final, non-refundable and non-transferrable.  Soul Motivation retains the right to cancel a membership at any time, subject to the discretion of the Studio Management.

Purchase Online

1. If you wish to purchase online, you will need to create a Mind Body account.
2. Click here to take you to the Mind Body system.
3. If you do not have an account, select the “Sign up!” at the top, right-hand corner of the screen to create your login. If you already have a login, then log in with your email/username and password in the top, right-hand corner of the screen.
4. Once logged in, select the “Online Store” tab, then select “Contract” upper right area of the screen.
5. Read through the Terms and Conditions and select “I agree with the terms above.”
6. Now press the “Make Purchase” button.
7. You are now at the “Shopping Cart” screen, if you have a promotion code, enter it and press “Apply.”
8. Now press “Check Out.”
9. You will then have to input your credit card information to purchase and you are now done!

Payments

Payment for class, events, seminars and workshops will be due at the time service is rendered. We cannot hold checks or accept postdated checks.  There will be a $35 fee for return checks.

Refunds and Transfers

All packages are non-refundable and non-transferable. We will not give refunds for classes taken or partially taken.

Expirations

There is a 12 month expirations date for all packages.

Freezing, Holding or Transferring Packages

We do not extend freezes, hold or transfer packages unless there are extreme circumstances.  We can not extend to accommodate business travel or vacation dates.

Workshops

Refunds will not be issue for workshop cancellations. We can issue a studio credit toward future workshops (not toward regular classes) only if we are notified of the cancellation before the workshop takes place.

Class, Events, Seminars, Workshops Cancellations

Soul Motivation reserves the right to cancel or change the date of a class, event, seminar or workshop  at any time. It is our desire to do our best to notify all students by email, website posting, Mind Body online scheduler announcement, Facebook, Twitter postings and by verbal announcements as soon as we have made the decision.

Cancellations for Inclement Weather

There might be circumstances requiring us to close the studio due to inclement weather. Please consult the website, Facebook, Twitter and Mind Body online scheduler and email for weather cancellations.
