Kristin, one of Soul Motivation Yoga Studio teachers will demonstrate the pose.
Step the right foot forward in between the hands.
Bend the right knee over the right ankle, turn the toes of the left foot about 45 degrees, bring your hips around so they are square with your front foot.
Raise the arms up over your head. Keep the back (left) foot anchored to the floor.

Come and allow the meditation/restorative class Thursday nights at 7pm to help you decrease tension, stress, and anxiety just to name a few.
The meditation portion of the class will teach you how to integrate breathing with controlling the modifications of your mind. Our meditative intention for this class will be on "Believing The Love." What you meditate regulates what you believe.
