Warrior I Pose
Kristin, one of Soul Motivation Yoga Studio teachers will demonstrate the pose.
Step the right foot forward in between the hands.
Bend the right knee over the right ankle, turn the toes of the left foot about 45 degrees, bring your hips around so they are square with your front foot.
Raise the arms up over your head. Keep the back (left) foot anchored to the floor.

My good friend Barb Totzke, owner and teacher at Tsada Yoga Studio (South Side on Lamar, is a historic landmark that emerged from the closing of the renowned 'Sears building' told me a couple of years back about a book that reminded her of me.
